1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Items returned without original packaging and invoice.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after a successful return inspection. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Options:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment source.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit (we will request your bank details).

5. Cancellations & Exchanges

  • Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
